APS's capabilities include electro-chemical machining. These processes can be used individually or combined to produce the optimal, most cost-efficient pin for a variety of applications. APS can also assist in the selection of the optimal wire material and tip finish. Tip shapes can be sharp-tipped, flat-tipped (diameter) or rounded. All orders are produced under APS's stringent quality assurance procedures. APS's quality assurance procedures will satisfy the most demanding tracking requirements. Tapers can be finished with a matte finish or various degrees of polish suited to the application.
